These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all applicants for “Rich Wedding Poor Wedding"

a) Eligibility Requirements. To be considered as a participant for  Rich Wedding Poor Wedding you agree and understand that you, and your partner (“Partner”)  MUST meet the following eligibility requirements to the extent that they are intended to apply to you and your Partner): 

(i) You and your Partner are aged 18 years and over at the time of submitting this application;

(ii) You and your Partner must have a legal right to reside in the United Kingdom during the Filming Period (defined below).

(iii) You have obtained  permission from your Partner to submit an application to participate in Rich Wedding Poor Wedding on their behalf and to disclose their personal information for that purpose (including special category personal information and/or Personally Identifiable Information (PII)).;

(iv) Be available for filming in accordance with our filming schedule notified to you reasonably in advance but which is currently anticipated to be[ ] (to be confirmed) (Filming Period);

(v) If selected to proceed to the next casting stage, you and your Partner will be available for a home visit by a member of the Emporium team;

(vi) You and your Partner will be required to undergo a full background check, supply the production team with 3 months of financial bank statements, submit a separate health declaration form (including in relation to mental health) and undergo a psychological assessment; 

(vii) You and your Partner can confirm that you are both free to marry and there is no legal reason why this would not be possible;

(viii) You and your Partner are able to understand and communicate in English; and

(ix) If requested by us you and your Partner agree to carry out virtual recorded interviews and collect User Generated Content (UGC) for the casting team to produce a short tape of you and your Partner to show to the Broadcaster and that you have all right necessary to submit such material to us.

We reserve the right to change these Eligibility Requirements at any time.

b) By applying to take part in Rich Wedding Poor Wedding you confirm and agree that you and your Partner meet all of the applicable Eligibility Requirements and consent to us verifying such information as further described in paragraph (d) below. 

c) If your or your Partner's circumstances change and you or your Partner can no longer meet any of the Eligibility Requirements, you agree to notify us promptly by email at [ ]

d) Your application to Rich Wedding Poor Wedding will still be subject to all necessary paperwork being promptly completed and returned to us by you, and our ability to undertake background checks (including a review of any online presence/social media accounts) and obtain references and finance reports and other necessary information regarding your application and possible participation. 

e) You confirm that neither you nor your Partner, immediate family, or household (including but not limited to your Partner) are currently or have been in the past 12 months, an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of (i) Emporium Productions or any other affiliated Hat Trick company; (ii) the commissioning network or broadcaster; or (iii) anyone connected with Rich Wedding Poor Wedding. You agree to notify us in the event that this confirmation becomes untrue. 

f) You accept that your application is for an opportunity to participate only. Compliance with these T&Cs and any further correspondence with us and/or participation in casting activities (which may include a phone call or Zoom conversation with a member of the production team and/or attending an audition and/or recording an interview) does not constitute an offer to appear on or guarantee your appearance on Rich Wedding Poor Wedding or guarantee that we will make Rich Wedding Poor Wedding which we are developing and/or producing. Our decision regarding the selection for Rich Wedding Poor Wedding is entirely at our discretion and cannot be appealed.  We reserve the right at any time and for any reason to change our selection and/or to choose a replacement applicant to participate in Rich Wedding Poor Wedding.

g) You can at any time request that your application be withdrawn/deleted by sending an email (providing such email is sent by you from the email account with which you made your registration), with subject heading ‘Delete my Application’ to remove@emporiumproductions.co.uk giving your full name as it appears on your application. Please note that if your application is withdrawn/ deleted you will not be considered as a potential participant in Rich Wedding Poor Wedding.
